If you have a question we're well placed to answer, you'll usually hear back the same business day, often within a few hours during European working hours.

• Technical questions - VBA compatibility, the VB.NET migration path, industry-standard .NET obfuscation options, code-signing scaffolding, licensing hooks, Excel 32-bit and 64-bit support, and how Excel Armor fits alongside your existing build process.
• Migration planning - whether the Migrator is a good fit for your particular add-in, how to handle UserForms and Ribbon UI, and what to expect on the timeline.
• Trial access - request a free evaluation copy of Excel Armor so you can test it with your own workbooks before purchasing.
• Legal, compliance, or GDPR questions - anything about the EULA, refund policy, data processing, or our company details.
• Bug reports and feature requests - we read every one, and roadmap-worthy items get tracked publicly.

What we won't do here

We are not a general Excel support service. If your question is about how to use Excel itself, or how to write VBA, we are unlikely to be the fastest place to get an answer - the Microsoft community forums and Stack Overflow will serve you better.
